Steve began his career in industrial real estate in 2019 with Lee & Associates, Los Angeles Industrial Group in Commerce, California. The Los Angeles Industrial Group hired Steve because of past relationships and knowledge of owners and tenants in multiple markets, LA Central and Mid-Counties. Steve’s working background is in retail banking working as a business banker with Wells Fargo (Vernon, South Gate, Pico Rivera, and Whittier), Popular Community Bank (Commerce), U.S Bank (Downey and Cudahy). Steve then transitioned into real estate after acquiring his own residential investment at the age of 21 which sparked his curiosity and grew his passion for real estate investments. While finishing his coursework at Cal Poly Pomona, Steve was given the task of farming the LA Central market; today, Steve focuses on both the LA Central market and the Mid-Counties market. As a native Pico Riverian, Steve enjoys working with local companies and strives to become a knowledgeable, dependable, and trusted real estate advisor.
